Refund Timeline: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.). In case of delays from the payment gateway or bank, the timeline may extend slightly. We will provide regular updates until the refund is completed.
Conditions for Refund:
Refunds will only be considered for orders that have not been delivered.
We do not offer refunds for reasons other than non-delivery (e.g., dissatisfaction with product taste or appearance, incorrect ordering, etc.).
Returns Policy
At Idukki Spices & Co., we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that every product is of the highest quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns except in the case of damage during transit.
Eligible for Returns:
Damaged During Transit: If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by sending an email to hello@idukkispicesco.com along with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will replace the damaged item or provide a refund, depending on the situation.
Conditions for Replacement:
Products damaged in transit are eligible for replacement or refund only if the package remains unopened. If the seal is broken or the product is opened, we cannot process a replacement.
We will not accept responsibility for products that are opened or tampered with after delivery.
